Super Electrician specialises in the design and installation of IP CCTV systems for homeowners and businesses. We can survey your property and design and install the right IP cameras based on your budget and security requirements.
The hardware we install is from leading brands like Samsung, Sony and Hikvision, with the newest models our preference because they boast outstanding connectivity and recording quality with 1080p and 4K cameras available.
What are IP CCTV cameras? They are security cameras that receive image data and send that image data over a local area network. They are most commonly used for surveillance, but they can also be used with a recording facility.
Because they transmit data over a local area network, IP cameras are an excellent alternative to analogue cameras where it would be too expensive or impossible to run cable. They are easier to install and incredibly reliable.
We have a great deal of experience designing high-quality IP CCTV systems and can usually cover 90% of a property. We invite you to contact us for your IP camera needs whether you are a businessowner or homeowner. We’re here to help.

The price of CCTV installation depends on the scale of the installation and the hardware. It stands to reason that a newsagents would pay less for two IP CCTV cameras than a department store requiring 10 IP CCTV cameras. No two CCTV installations are ever the same, so prices are based on a site survey.
This pricing strategy benefits you. If we offered fixed prices for CCTV systems you could end up paying over the odds for the service because a fixed price won’t consider reduced costs on hardware at the time of installation, market demand, etc.
As a general rule of thumb, a business can expect to pay £800 to £1,200 for up to four standard quality cameras which are 5mp. However, some cameras by themselves cost over £5,000. The Sony BRC-X400 is a good example. We can recommend the right hardware for your usage and put together a competitive quote.
